Understand and know how to act…Why is it so difficult for me to talk about what happened to me?
It is difficult for you to speak because it means putting into words the events you have suffered and in some way reliving them, making them real again. It is also possible that it will take you time to realize the seriousness of the facts. Often under the influence, you feel guilty and ashamed.
What can I do to get better?
To get better, it is essential to talk about what you have experienced either by turning to a trusted person (family members, friends, professionals, etc.), or by contacting an association, the police and Gendarmerie or dedicated numbers. If speaking is impossible for you, writing can be liberating and therapeutic!

How can I report the violence of which I have been a victim?
Whether you are a minor or an adult, you can file a complaint with the Police and Gendarmerie services. Please note that they have an obligation to register your complaint!
