alert

Twenty-four prevention mission managers are present throughout the territory, in mainland France and in the DROM-COM , in order to increase awareness-raising actions. They intervene to raise awareness among minors of the risks of sexual violence, harassment and hazing within sports clubs and schools but also to raise awareness among adults (supervisors, educators, parents, etc.).

The association is recognized as being of public utility and approved by the academies of Bordeaux and Montpellier.

REACHING AWARENESS TO CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

Depending on the audience and age groups, the speech and the concepts covered are adapted. The exchange and speaking of young people are encouraged and favored by the climate of trust established as well as the tone used by the speakers. The objective being to free the victims’ voices, TALK is the key word during these times of awareness!
Thus, at the end of each intervention, an individual interview time is offered. The speakers are systematically accompanied by a third person (for example, national education staff in a school setting). During these interviews, we collect numerous testimonies which regularly lead to reports.
In a sporting environment

Our interventions with young athletes within clubs, sports sections, centers and CREPS allow us to address hazing, sexual and digital violence and harassment in a confidential space. The group effect, boarding school life, changing rooms, travel are situations conducive to this violence.

In the school

Primary schools

We only work in CM1 and CM2 classes to raise awareness among schoolchildren about sexuality and sexual violence, subjects that are still too taboo and are rarely discussed in the family context. These awareness sessions aim to enable them to:

  • identify their private parts;
  • recognize a dangerous situation;
  • know how to say no to an adult or a friend to protect yourself;
  • talk to a trusted person.

Middle schools – high schools

The interventions for middle and high school students are built according to the questions that they are asked to write on a piece of paper, anonymously, at the start of the awareness-raising. Their questions are linked to the different themes addressed:

  • the genesis of the association and the history of Sébastien Boueilh;
  • sexual and digital violence;
  • the child molester;
  • the victim’s trauma.

REACHING AWARENESS TO ADULTS

Public meetings, conferences, film debates, round tables, etc.; interventions for adults can take different forms depending on the request of the organizer.
Parents, supervisors, managers of structures and children’s professionals may be interested in these awareness sessions which aim to raise awareness on the subject of sexual violence and child crime.
Real spaces for discussion, exchanges are privileged there!
